Drawing Room’s ROCK PAPER SCISSORS programme puts children at its centre, exploring with them what drawing can be and uncovering new ideas through this instinctive act.

Our series of weekly activity sheets connect artists, schools and families through this period of isolation, inspiring the making of drawings in the home.

As a response to school closures and social distancing, this project engages children from our local Elephant and Castle neighbourhood, across London and beyond.

This online exhibition features the growing collection of children’s responses, joining the dots between remote families who are using their kitchens, bedrooms and living rooms as places to make, play and draw.

To download all the free ROCK PAPER SCISSORS activity sheets so far or subscribe to receive future weekly PDFs direct to your inbox, visit Drawing Room’s website here.
